Job summary

The Courtyards, CIMA Senior Living is seeking a Dietary Director to lead daily dining operations in our senior living community. Join us to make a difference in someone’s life every day and ensure top-quality, compassionate dining services for our residents.

As the Dietary Director, you will oversee meal planning, staff management, budgeting, and compliance with dietary regulations while maintaining a warm, hospitable dining environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Texas Food Manager Certification Program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the dining services operations and compliance.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, service, and hospitality.
• Responsible for meal planning, staff supervision, budgeting, compliance with dietary regulations, and creating a positive dining experience for residents.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of the dining services operations and compliance
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, service, and hospitality

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
• Texas Food Manager Certification Program
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen/dining environment
