Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team at Livingston Manor Care Center, a unique and compassionate skilled nursing facility in Chillicothe, MO. As a Dietary Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met while promoting a positive dining experience.

About the Role:

As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control. You will also supervise a team of dietary aides and kitchen staff, provide guidance and training as needed, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and food waste tracking

• Collaborate with the food service team to ensure efficient and effective food service delivery
