Qualifications:

  • Safe Serve Certification required
  • Startup kitchen experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years cooking experience
  • Knowledge of nutrition, food preparation, and infection control
  • Prepare or direct preparation of food
  • Maintain safe, clean and sanitized work area
  • Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed
  • Receive and stock food service inventory
  • Weekly supply orders for kitchen
  • Monthly test tray audits
