Job Description

Overview: Insight Clinical is seeking a full-time Clinical Dietitian and Sales Consultant to support an online pharmacy brand based in the USA. In this remote role, you will provide consultative support to customers, recommend suitable nutrition supplements, and drive sales. You will also be involved in product review, content moderation, and ensuring customer satisfaction with purchased products. This role requires availability during the USA EST time zone (4pm to 12am PHT), allowing you to work a convenient evening shift without the need for late-night hours.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert dietary and nutritional advice to customers.
• Recommend suitable nutrition supplements to enhance customer health.
• Drive sales through consultative interactions.
• Review and evaluate products listed on the website for quality and relevance.
• Moderate and review content to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Engage with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Stay current with the latest nutrition supplement trends and clinical factors.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize product offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian or equivalent certification.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Extensive knowledge of nutrition supplements and their clinical applications.
• Excellent consultative and sales skills.
• Experience in product review and content moderation is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Availability for an 8-hour shift from 4pm to 12am PHT.
