As a Dietary Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our patients by leading our dietary department and overseeing the preparation and serving of meals. • Manage and supervise the dietary department, including daily operations, inventory management, and staff supervision
• Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our patients, including those with special dietary requirements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, including food safety and quality control
• Foster strong relationships with healthcare teams, patients, and families to ensure a collaborative approach to care
• Develop and maintain budgets, ordering and inventory management, and cost control measures
• Collaborate with the facility's management team to ensure seamless integration with other departments

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dietary management role, preferably in a long-term care or post-acute rehabilitation setting
