Job summary

The Avenue at Wooster in Ohio is seeking a skilled Dietary Manager to lead our food service team in a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting. You will oversee meal production, ensure nutritious, high-quality meals, and maintain safety and sanitation standards.

This hotel-like facility features private rooms, with a focus on comfort, dignity, and healing. You will supervise staff, manage schedules and training, coordinate with nursing, and ensure documentation and budget

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager or actively enrolled in certification courses.
• Serve Safe Certified.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local dietary regulations.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in a physically active environment.

Responsibilities
