• Follow standardized recipes and special diet orders to meet residents' dietary needs.
• Review resident care plans to ensure nutritional requirements are being met.
• Provide nutrition counseling with support from a registered dietitian.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth facility operations.
