Responsibilities

• Handles food using proper food safety techniques.
• Maintains food is served in an attractive, appetizing manner and checks taste and palatability prior to service.
• Maintains proper food temperatures during preparation and service; records temperatures as required.
• Assists with tray line setup and assembles trays according to menu and diet orders, checking accuracy during service.
