Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews menus prior to food preparation and prepares meals.
• Works with Dietitian/Director of Food Services and implements recommended changes.
• Performs administrative requirements and submits forms/reports to Dietitian/Director of Food Services.
• Establishes food service production line and ensures meals are prepared on time.
• Prepares meals in accordance with planned menus and standardized recipes.
• Maintains stock levels of staple and non-staple foods and supplies.
