Job summary

Green Palms Management's dietary services team seeks a dedicated Dietary Aide to support the facility's Dietitian and Food Services Director. You will help prepare, serve, and deliver meals, follow established food procedures, and assist with cleaning and sanitation per policy.

You will work with residents respectfully, maintain food storage areas, and help ensure safety and quality during meal service, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and able to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Willingness to follow policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in accordance with portion control procedures.
