Green Palms Health & Rehab of Wintersville in Wintersville, OH is seeking a dedicated dietary services staff member to assist in meal prep, follow planned menus, and work with the Dietitian to implement changes. The role requires ensuring food procedures meet facility policies and assisting with service to residents.

You will prepare meals according to standardized recipes and therapeutic diets, help with inventory and stock, and support daily cleaning duties.

Qualificações

• High school diploma.
• One year dietary/food service supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews menus prior to food preparation and prepares meals.
• Works with Dietitian/Director of Food Services to implement changes and follows policies.
• Ensures food procedures are followed per established policies.
• Performs administrative tasks and submits reports to Dietitian/Director of Food Services.
• Establishes food service production line to assure meals are prepared on time.
• Prepares meals according to planned menus and dietary orders.
• Prepares and serves meals that are appetizing and served on time.
• Maintains stock levels and assists in inventory of food and supplies.
