Job summary

Heritage Manor Care in California is seeking an experienced Dietary Supervisor to lead our Food Services team as a full-time role. You will oversee nutrition programs and ensure high-quality dining experiences for our guests.

As Supervisor, you will coordinate with Nursing, Environmental, and Social Services, train staff, implement diet changes, and provide timely reports to the Dietitian and Administrator.

Qualifications

• 6 months in a dietary position.
• Ability to interpret and implement written or oral policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Communicate effectively.
• 1-3 months related experience or training.
• Requires knowledge of special diets.

Responsibilities

• Development of and participate in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of timely in-service training classes that provide instructions on 'how to do the job,' and that ensure a well-educated Food Services Department.
• Coordinating food services and activities with other related departments (i.e., Nursing, Environmental, Activity and Social Services, etc.).
• Written and oral reports/recommendations to the Dietitian and/or Administrator as necessary/required concerning the operation of the Food Services Department
• Process diet changes and new diets as received from nursing services.

We are looking for an experience Dietary Supervisor - Full Time.
