St. Martha Campus, a Continuing Care Retirement Community, hires a Dietary Cook to prepare and serve meals in a long-term care setting. You will follow sanitary regulations and established procedures to ensure resident nutrition and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a long term care facility (nursing home).
• Prepare and serve meals/snacks in accordance with sanitary regulations as well as established procedures.
• Report all hazardous conditions and broken equipment to the Dietary Director.
• Maintain food storage areas in a clean and sanitary manner.
