PruittHealth is hiring a Cook - Dietary Aide HCC to assist in the preparation and serving of meals for residents. You will follow dietary guidelines, support the Dietitian's menu cycles, and help ensure nutrition and food safety during shift operations.

Responsibilities include meal assembly, nourishments, tray delivery, cleaning, and adherence to infection control policies. Prior experience in long-term care foodservice is preferred and equal opportunity employment is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with institutional food service operations and patient meals.
• Ability to follow recipes and meet dietary guidelines.
• Knowledge of infection control and food safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assist in meal preparation for patients/residents and prepare between-meal nourishments.
• Serve nourishments and record substitutions per guidelines.
• Store leftovers properly and maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas.
• Assist with tray assembly, delivery to rooms, and dishwashing tasks.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and monitor temperatures per procedures.
• Support kitchen staff and ensure meals meet established cycles and dietary needs.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance policies at all times.
