Job summary

PruittHealth is hiring a Dietary Aide/Cook to support the food service team in patient meal preparation according to established procedures. You will assist with meal prep, deliver trays, and maintain safe food handling practices in a clinical setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of institutional food service experience and exposure to long-term care cooking is a plus. You will work under the supervision of the Food Service Manager to ensure meals meet nutritional standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year institutional food service experience as a cook.
• Experience in long term care food production is preferred.
• Sufficient education to demonstrate functional literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in the preparation of meals and nourishments.
