Job summary

PruittHealth Corporation in North Augusta, SC, is seeking a Cook - Dietary Aide HCC to assist with food preparation under the supervision of the Food Service/Dietary Manager. You will help prepare meals, monitor temperatures, and ensure nutrition and quality of life for residents.

Role focuses on following recipes, serving nourishments, maintaining safety, and complying with state and federal regulations while supporting resident dietary needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year institutional food service experience as a cook.
• Experience in long-term care food production is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in meal preparation and between-meal nourishments.
• Serve nourishments and deliver trays to patients/residents.
• Store leftovers and follow infection control procedures.
