As a Dietary Cook, you will maintain a clean, organized kitchen, manage inventory and ordering, develop new menu items, and collaborate with the dietary team to ensure nutritional balance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal culinary training or experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift, stand for long periods, and kneel as needed.
• Food handling and sanitation certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold meals, including special dietary needs and cultural requirements.
