Dietary Aide Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages following specific procedures

• Serve meals, ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times

• Take inventory of kitchen supplies and food items

• Stay current on individual procedures and protocols for our facilities, including state-specified rules and regulations

• Set up and take down dining areas and assist with kitchen maintenance and general cleaning

• Assist with educational programs on nutrition
