Job summary

The Enclave at Cambridge is seeking a Dietary Cook to join our nursing home team and prepare delicious, nutritious meals for residents daily. You will follow established menus and adapt diets as ordered, while ensuring on-time service and adherence to food-safety standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean kitchen, assisting with meal preparation and service, and collaborating with the Dietary Manager and team to provide excellent resident care.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or food-service experience preferred.
• Nursing home, assisted living, hospital, or healthcare dietary experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes, menus, diet orders, and instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Take pride in serving residents.
