EverTrue is seeking a Dietary Aide to support dining services in skilled nursing and memory care. You will assist residents with meal choices, help prepare meals, and ensure food is served at the right temperature and on time.

Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, cleaning duties, and strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols while maintaining temperature logs and documentation as required.

Qualifications

• One year of dietary aide experience preferred.
• Basic cooking skills and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions and diet orders.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with food and beverage choices according to dietary restrictions.
• Prepare meals, beverages, and foods; ensure proper temperatures and on-time service.
• Set dining rooms, refill condiments, and clean dining areas after service.
• Maintain HACCP logs, record usage and waste, and report hazards.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
