Job summary

Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Raymondville is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with food preparation, meal service, and post‑meal cleanup under the supervision of the CDM.

You will help with beverage service, tray setup, bussing, and kitchen sanitation, while ensuring safety and compliance with state guidelines. A Texas Food Handler Certificate is required. This PRN position supports resident meals and interacts with residents and staff in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Texas Food Handler Certificate required.
Experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations.
Preparing and serving beverages.
Setting up and passing trays for meal service.
Stocking snack cart.
Bussing of tables and trays.
Cleaning the kitchen work area.
Dishwashing.
Follow proper handwashing guidelines.

Job Location: Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Raymondville - Raymondville, TX 78580, Position Type: PRN, Primary Responsibilities

The Dietary Aide follows the direction of the Certified Dietary Manager and state guidelines to ensure that food is properly prepared, served to residents, and after meals are completed cleanup of the dining hall and dishes.

Essential Functions

Assist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations
Preparing and serving beverages
Setting up and passing trays for meal service
Stocking snack cart
Bussing of tables and trays
Cleaning the kitchen work area
