Job summary

Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Raymo is seeking a PRN Dietary Aide in Raymondville, TX. You will follow the Certified Dietary Manager's direction to prepare and serve meals, ensure residents are fed, and help with post-meal cleanup in the dining area.

You will assist with food prep, beverage service, tray setup, and kitchen cleaning, while following universal precautions and state guidelines. Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred and Texas Food Handler certification is

• Must have Texas Food Handler Certificate.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations.
• Preparing and serving beverages.
• Setting up and passing trays for meal service.
• Stocking snack cart.
• Bussing of tables and trays.
• Cleaning the kitchen work area and dishwashing.
• Follow proper handwashing guidelines.
• Additional special projects or tasks by CDM or Executive Director.

The Dietary Aide follows the direction of the Certified Dietary Manager and state guidelines to ensure that food is properly prepared, served to residents, and after meals are completed cleanup of the dining hall and dishes.
