Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a Dietary Aide for Robstown, TX. You will assist with food preparation, meal service, and dining hall cleanup, following CDM direction and state guidelines.

Must have a Texas Food Handler Certificate; a High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in a commercial kitchen is a plus. This is a PRN, on-site role supporting the facility’s daily meal service.

Primary Responsibilities

The Dietary Aide follows the direction of the Certified Dietary Manager and state guidelines to ensure that food is properly prepared, served to residents, and after meals are completed cleanup of the dining hall and dishes.

Essential Functions

• Assist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations
• Preparing and serving beverages
• Setting up and passing trays for meal service
• Stocking snack cart
• Bussing of tables and trays
• Cleaning the kitchen work area
• Dishwashing
• Follow proper handwashing guidelines
• Additional special projects or tasks can be assigned at times by the CDM or the Executive Director

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Licensing Requirements

Must have Texas Food Handler Certificate
