Responsabilidades

• Assist with meal preparation using recipes and portion control.
• Assist with preparation of snacks.
• Assist with delivery of meals and snacks at specified times.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation following infection control guidelines.
• Review tray and tray card for accuracy based on physician prescribed diet, patient preferences and production spreadsheet.
• Maintain food and beverages within safe temperatures throughout preparation and serving.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with peers, staff and patients.
