Job summary

Phoenix Health Services, LLC. is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, snack assembly, and timely delivery in a patient-centered setting. You will follow recipes, monitor portion control, and ensure accurate tray cards per physician diets and patient preferences.

You will maintain safe temperatures, assist with cleaning, and communicate respectfully with peers and patients. The role requires basic math, ability to stand for long periods, and English language skills; GED preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Basic math skills for portion control.
• Food safety awareness preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation using recipes and portion control.
• Assist with preparation of snacks.
• Assist with delivery of meals and snacks at specified times.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation following guidelines.
• Review tray and tray card for accuracy based on physician diets and patient preferences.
• Maintain food and beverages within safe temperatures during prep and serving.
• Communicate effectively with peers, staff, and patients.
