Responsibilities and Duties:

Under the supervision of a manager, the Dietary Aide will:

1. Collect, wash, dry, and put away dishware, pots, trays, and equipment.
2. Transport food and stock dining areas in the health center.
3. Read diet cards and serve meals according to dietary needs, following infection prevention and food safety protocols.

Schedule:

• Mornings and afternoons
• Availability to work weekends is required

Qualifications:

• Reliable commute or planning to relocate to Los Angeles, CA 90033
• At least 1 year of food service experience (preferred)
• Must pass DOJ and FBI background checks
• Customer service and dishwasher experience are preferred
• Responsible and sensitive to the needs of elderly residents
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
