Job Summary

Summary: Under the supervision of the Patient Services Manager and/or Clinical Nutrition Manager, responsible for patient menu management, data collection, and diet office functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Distribute and collect menus.
• Assist patients with menu selections per prescribed diets.
• Offer menu alternatives based on allergies, sensitivities, or cultural preferences.
• Plan menus based on current diet manuals.
• Prepare and distribute supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formulas accurately and timely.
• Manage human/donor milk and infant formula as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and patient rights policies.
• Follow regulatory standards and complete documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
