Apploi is seeking a Dietary Aide for a Skilled Nursing Facility. Must have a current Food Handler Certificate and prior dietary experience in a SNF or similar setting. The aide collaborates with the dietary manager to prepare meals and support dining services.

Responsibilities include assisting with meal preparation, sanitation, stocking, room deliveries, snack service, and inventory. The role also covers cleaning dining areas and supporting menu planning.

This is for a Skilled Nursing Facility. Must have current Food Handler Certificate

The Dietary Aide must have experience in dietary in a skilled nursing facility or similar.

The dietary Aide works along with the dietary manager to prepare meals. The aide also assists in cleaning up, kitchen maintenance and setting up and breaking down the dining areas. Other job duties include delivering food to resident's rooms, preparing and serving snacks, and taking inventory of food and kitchen supplies.

Job Responsibilities of the Dietary Aide:

• The Dietary Aide Prepares meals and beverages using specific procedures
• The Dietary Aide Serves meals using standards to maintain sanitation and quality
• The Dietary Aide Stores stock appropriately in order to maintain cleanliness and prevent food spoilage
• The Dietary Aide Accurately records meals served and monitor temperatures of food
• The Dietary Aide Cleans assigned dining areas using appropriate procedures
