Sullivan Park Care Center is seeking a Dietary Aide General Purpose to support kitchen operations within the facility. The role reports to the Cook and Dietary supervisor and requires the ability to learn routine quickly.

You will set up meal trays, assist with serving meals, strip down returned trays, and help with washing dishes while maintaining a clean, sanitary work environment. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical procedures.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsabilités

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Operate dishwasher and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Check and record chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwashing area.
• Carry out trash disposal, sweeping and mopping of floors.
• Participate in orientation and training of dietary staff.
