Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Dietary Aides / Dining Server to support residents with meals in a calm, caring environment. You will greet residents, coordinate with seaters, help with prep, stocking, serving and post‑meal clean‑up to ensure nutritious dining experiences.

We offer steady hours, full- or part-time shifts 11:30 am–8:00 pm, every other weekend, with benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) match and a generous food discount in on-site venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a food service environment preferred; training available.
• Able to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible with schedule; some weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Coordinate with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up.
• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.
