Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Ashburn, VA is hiring Dietary Aides / Dining Server to support residents with meals in a calm, team‑based environment. You will help with preparation, serving, and post‑meal clean up, ensuring proper nutrition and a great dining experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a food service environment preferred; training available if no experience.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents at the restaurant.
• Coordinate with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff run efficiently.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post‑meal cleanup.
• Ensure residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in front of the house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.
