Job summary

Covenant Living seeks a dedicated Dietary Aide to prepare and serve nutritious meals for residents, coordinating with Dietitians and kitchen staff. You will deliver meals, assist with dining room duties, and ensure food safety and quality while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities include assisting in prep, serving, cleaning, and upholding health standards. A High school diploma and a current Food Handler’s Permit are required; ServSafe training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English with residents and staff.
• Read and follow safety instructions and food prep procedures.
• Be cordial, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Adhere to dress code and kitchen hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and meal service under supervision.
• Deliver dishes and trays to residents at designated times.
• Assist in dining area setup and cleanup with cleanliness and order.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and healthcare regulations.
• Provide customer service during nutrition delivery.
