Yona is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team in New Jersey. You will help prepare meals, set up dining areas, and deliver trays to residents with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities include sanitation, stock management, and assisting in menu planning under the guidance of dietary leadership. A high school diploma is required; food service certification is a plus and customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food safety knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in dietary aide or customer service is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays on schedule to rooms.
• Clear dining areas and collect plates and utensils.
• Discard leftovers and manage waste.
• Clean food stations and sanitize cookware and utensils.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory.
• Assist with expenses tracking and menu planning.
• Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances.
