Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow diet cards, portion guidelines, and sanitation procedures.
• Meets all state and federal criminal background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handles and stores all food according to facility procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assists with food preparation and sets up the food tray line.
• Assembles diet trays, matches foods and drinks to diet cards.
• Delivers trays to dining areas and resident units; assists with tray loading.
• Maintains cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and workspace; reports issues promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
