Autumn House Williamsburg in Williamsburg, Michigan is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to support dining services for our residents. This full-time role blends food preparation, meal service, and kitchen support as you help prepare meals, serve residents, and keep the dining room and kitchen running smoothly.

You’ll need to be active on your feet, communicate well with residents and coworkers, and follow food safety practices.

Formación

• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to support the entire dining operation.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Active and on your feet throughout the shift.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds and performs physical kitchen tasks.
• Follows basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Team player who works both independently and with others.
• Willing to work every other weekend and holiday.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with food preparation according to recipes and standards.
• Serve meals, beverages, and snacks to residents.
• Set up, maintain, and clean dining and service areas.
• Transport dishes and operate the dishwasher.
• Support the Executive Chef and culinary team as needed.
• Help with special events, catering, and holiday meals.
• Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines.
