Sullivan Park Care Center is hiring a Dietary Aide to assist in daily kitchen operations, set up meal trays, and support dishwashing and sanitation tasks. The role requires learning food service routines quickly and maintaining hygienic standards under supervision.

A food handlers' certificate is required for employment. The position emphasizes teamwork across departments, with opportunities to participate in orientation and ongoing training to ensure high-quality resident meals and safe food

Mansioni

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Check and record chlorine concentration and water temp of the dishwashing machine.
• Operate dishwasher and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and surfaces.
• Carry out trash disposal and grocery stocking.
• participate in orientation and training of dietary staff.
