Responsibilities

• Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to dining areas.
• Dispose of refuse according to department policies.
• Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies (First In, First Out).
• Follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheets.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
