Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living in Springdale, AR is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in dining services for residents and guests, following Phoenix standards and sanitary procedures. Shifts include PRN, part-time, with potential full-time; weekdays and weekends required.

Responsibilities include food preparation, plating, serving, and maintaining cleanliness; must follow all policies on infection control; education requirement is HS diploma or GED; prior dining/long-term care experience preferred;

Description The Bungalows at Springdale is seeking Dietary Aides to join their team!Shifts Details: PRN-Part Time-potential full time Weekdays and weekends are required.Purpose Dietary Aide The Dietary Aide is responsible for food preparation, plating dishes, dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

• Follow all local, state and federal policies regarding food handling
• Maintains standards of cleanliness, hygiene and health standards
• Prepares all special dietary needs as directed
• Adheres to posted menus and prepares food items using approved Phoenix standardized recipes in a timely manner

Requirements EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION Dietary Aide

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
