Sage View Healthcare in Rock Springs, WY is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our dietary department. You will work in a team-focused environment dedicated to culinary excellence in our enhanced dining program.

You will read production orders, assist with food service, maintain cleanliness, and help with food preparation, while upholding high sanitation and safety standards. This role supports patient care and daily operations in a hospitality-driven healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Required: Food Handlers' Permit
• Knowledge of high standards of food service sanitation and safety
• Skill and ability to learn to operate kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read production orders on tray cards
• Place items such as utensils, napkins, straws, condiments, and tray cards on trays
• Perform food preparation tasks as assigned
• Serve assigned food on trays at proper time, attractively, and at correct temperature
• Push carts to halls or kitchen
• Wash dishes and keep work area clean
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness

Essential Functions:

• Read production orders on tray cards
• Places items, such as eating utensils, napkins, straws, condiments, and tray cards on trays.
• Performs food preparation tasks as assigned.
• Serve assigned food on trays at proper time, attractively, and at correct temperature. May help with food preparation.
• Pushes carts to halls or kitchen.
• Washes dishes and cleans work area
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness
