Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group in Casper, WY is seeking a Dietary Aide to join Shepherd of the Valley Rehabilitation and Wellness. You will support the dietary department by reading orders, preparing and placing items on trays, and delivering meals on time and at the correct temperature.

The role requires a Food Handler's Permit, strong sanitation knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will work in a team, maintain cleanliness, and participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications

• Must have a Food Handlers' Permit.
• Knowledge of food service sanitation and safety.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to learn to operate kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read production orders on tray cards.
• Place items on trays, including eating utensils, napkins, condiments, and tray cards.
• Perform food preparation tasks as assigned.
• Serve food on trays at proper time and temperature.
• Push carts to halls or kitchen.
• Washes dishes and cleans work area.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness.
