Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group's Thermopolis Rehabilitation and Wellness is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our dietary department. You will read production orders, prepare and serve meals, and help maintain a clean, orderly kitchen.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to high sanitation standards. Training and daily pay options are offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Required: Food Handlers' Permit.
• Knowledge of high standards of food service sanitation and safety.
• Interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn to operate kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read production orders on tray cards.
• Place items on trays and assemble tray cards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed.
• Serve meals on trays at proper time and temperature.
• Push carts to halls or kitchen and maintain cleanliness.
• Wash dishes and keep work area clean and orderly.

Job Summary:

Thermopolis Rehabilitation and Wellness is currently looking for a Dietary Aide to join our dietary department. We are seeking a team-oriented individual who takes pride in their work. Our enhanced dining program provides culinary excellence.

Essential Functions:

• Read production orders on tray cards
• Places items, such as eating utensils, napkins, straws, condiments, and tray cards on trays.
• Performs food preparation tasks as assigned.
• Serve assigned food on trays at proper time, attractively, and at correct temperature. May help with food preparation.
• Pushes carts to halls or kitchen.
• Washes dishes and cleans work area
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Required: Food Handlers' Permit
• Knowledge of high standards of food service sanitation and safety
• Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Skill and ability to learn to operate kitchen equipment.
