Continuing Healthcare of Milan is hiring a Dietary Aide for full-time roles on the 6:00am–2:00pm and 11:00am–7:30pm shifts. Join CHS of Milan, an employee-owned company, and be part of a team that serves residents in a long-term care setting.

We value dedicated Dietary Aides who can assist in meal service, food prep, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and dining areas. Prior dietary experience is preferred, with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dietary/food service setting preferred.
• Able to follow policies and regulations governing long-term care.
• Ability to deliver meals and assist residents with dining.

Experience and Skills

Responsible for meal service, assisting in preparation offood, care and cleaning of food service equipment, setting uptrays and dining room tables.

Ability to ensure the delivery of meals and customerservice for a positive dining experience. Follow allapplicable policies and procedures as well as current federal,states and local guidelines and regulations that governlong-term care.

The Cook is responsible for the preparation of food inaccordance with current applicable federal, state, andlocal standards, guidelines and regulations, with ourestablished policies and procedures.

Previous experience working in a dietary department isrequired preferably in a healthcare setting.
