Qualifications

• Responsible for meal service, assisting in preparation of food, care and cleaning of food service equipment, setting up trays and dining room tables.
• Ability to ensure the delivery of meals and customer service for a positive dining experience; follow policies and local, state and federal guidelines.
• Cook responsible for food preparation in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.

• Maintain meal service and assist with food prep.
• Ensure timely delivery of meals and quality customer service.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation rules in a healthcare setting.

Experience and Skills

Responsible for meal service, assisting in preparation offood, care and cleaning of food service equipment, setting uptrays and dining room tables.

Ability to ensure the delivery of meals and customerservice for a positive dining experience. Follow allapplicable policies and procedures as well as current federal,states and local guidelines and regulations that governlong-term care.

The Cook is responsible for the preparation of food inaccordance with current applicable federal, state, andlocal standards, guidelines and regulations, with ourestablished policies and procedures.

Previous experience working in a dietary department isrequired preferably in a healthcare setting.
