Saber Healthcare Group in Scranton, PA, is seeking a friendly dietary aide to assist in food preparation and service in an assisted living setting. You will help serve meals, maintain sanitation, and follow dietary policies under the guidance of the Food Service Director.

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in food preparation and service while maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and dietary procedures.
• Support the Dietary Director or Cook with daily operations.

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in food preparation and service while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas as directed by the Food Service Director or Cook. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
