Continuing Healthcare Solutions in Niles, Ohio is hiring a part-time Dietary Aide to join our team. You will assist in meal service, help with food preparation, and maintain dining area quality for residents.

We offer an ESOP-owned environment, daily pay, 401K with employer match after 30 days, tuition reimbursement, and generous benefits including paid holidays and PTO. Previous dietary department experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Responsible for meal service, assisting in preparation of food, care and cleaning of food service equipment, setting up trays and dining room tables.
• Ability to ensure the delivery of meals and customer service for a positive dining experience; follow policies and local guidelines.
• Previous experience working in a dietary department is required preferably in a healthcare setting.

Experience and Skills

Responsible for meal service, assisting in preparationof food, care and cleaning of food service equipment,setting up trays and dining room tables.

Ability to ensure the delivery of meals and customerservice for a positive dining experience. Follow allapplicable policies and procedures as well as currentfederal, states and local guidelines and regulations thatgovern long-term care.

Previous experience working in a dietary department isrequired preferably in a healthcare setting.
