Myrtle Beach Manor is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our dining team in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will assist with food preparation, plating, and dining room service for residents and guests, upholding Phoenix Senior Living standards.

Responsibilities include following sanitary procedures, adhering to menus, and handling special dietary needs. Education is High School Diploma/GED with prior dining or senior living experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred.
• Understanding of infection control procedures.

Dietary Aide

Purpose

Dietary Aide

The Dietary Aide is responsible for food preparation, plating dishes, dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

• Follow all local, state and federal policies regarding food handling
• Maintains standards of cleanliness, hygiene and health standards
• Prepares all special dietary needs as directed
• Adheres to posted menus and prepares food items using approved Phoenix standardized recipes in a timely manner

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

Dietary Aide

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
