Job summary

The Seasons at Southpoint, part of Phoenix Senior Living, is seeking a Dietary Aide to support food preparation, plating and dining service for residents and guests. You will follow established recipes and sanitation standards to ensure quality and safety in all meals and events.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma/GED and previous dining hospitality or senior living experience. Weekend availability and the ability to work evenings are preferred to meet peak service times.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full service senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate meals for residents and guests.
• Follow Phoenix Senior Living standards and sanitary procedures.
• Assist with dining room service and adhere to posted menus/recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and health standards in all dining areas.

Seasons at Southpoint is seeking Dietary Aides to join their team!

Shifts Details:

Mon-Fri ; every other weekend required

Purpose

The Dietary Aide is responsible for food preparation, plating dishes, dining and table services to residents and guests in the community's dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

• Follow all local, state and federal policies regarding food handling
• Maintains standards of cleanliness, hygiene and health standards
• Prepares all special dietary needs as directed
• Adheres to posted menus and prepares food items using approved Phoenix standardized recipes in a timely manner

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
