Job summary

Myrtle Beach Manor is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our dining team in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will assist with food preparation, plating, and dining room service for residents and guests, upholding Phoenix Senior Living standards.

Responsibilities include following sanitary procedures, adhering to menus, and handling special dietary needs. Education is High School Diploma/GED with prior dining or senior living experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred.
• Understanding of infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and plating for residents and guests.
• Dining room and designated area service.
• Follow sanitary procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and health standards.
• Prepare special dietary needs as directed.
• Adhere to posted menus and prepare items using Phoenix recipes.
