Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC in Miami, FL is seeking a Dietary Aide. You will assist in assembling and checking diet trays, label and date food, deliver carts to nursing units, and help in the dish room to keep the kitchen clean. Daily pay is offered.

The role requires prior dietary aide experience (LTC preferred), the ability to follow procedures, a positive attitude, and teamwork. This is an on-site opportunity with equal opportunity employment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and check diet trays to meet dietary needs.
• Label and date food properly.
• Deliver food carts to designated areas and collect carts when finished.
• Work in the dish room and wash dishes/utensils.
• Prepare and deliver snacks to nursing units.
• Keep the kitchen clean; sweep and mop floors as instructed.
• Carry out garbage.

Dietary Aide NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY!

Dietary Aide Duties Include:

• Assist in assembling and checking diet trays prior to distribution to ensure all residents receive the proper meals to meet dietary needs.
• Label and date food properly
• Deliver food carts to designated areas as well as collecting food trucks when meals are finished to return to the dish room.
• Work in the dish room, wash all dishes//utensils utilizing dish machine.
• Prepare and deliver snacks to nursing units.
• Ensure the kitchen stays clean at all times, sweep/mop floors as instructed.
• Carry out garbage

Dietary Aide Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have dietary aide experience (LTC preferred but not required)
• Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, etc...
• Able to follow and understand procedures
• Positive attitude, patience and team mentality
