Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to support residents with meals and daily kitchen tasks.

Duties include assembling and checking diet trays, labeling food, delivering meals, washing dishes, and keeping the kitchen clean with a positive, team-oriented approach.

This role offers daily pay and the chance to work in a compassionate LTC setting within a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Experience in LTC preferred but not required.
• Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, etc...
• Able to follow and understand procedures
• Positive attitude, patience and team mentality

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling and checking diet trays prior to distribution to ensure all residents receive the proper meals to meet dietary needs.
• Label and date food properly
• Deliver food carts to designated areas as well as collecting food trucks when meals are finished to return to the dish room.
• Work in dish room, wash all dishes/utensils utilizing dish machine.
• Prepare and deliver snacks to nursing units.
• Ensure kitchen stays clean at all times, sweep/mop floors as instructed.
• Carry out garbage

Dietary Aide Duties Include:

• Assist in assembling and checking diet trays prior to distribution to ensure all residents receive the proper meals to meet dietary needs.
